New Feature: Nearby Air Traffic Services

There's a new feature in the forthcoming version of SkyDemon Mobile called Nearby Air Traffic Services. This is accessible from the Briefing menu and is designed to be an in-flight version of the frequencies section on the PLOG.

When you access the feature, you get a list of callsigns and frequencies for people you can talk to. The first section is frequencies applicable to airspace that you're currently in. The second section is general radio services such as LARS and FIS (in the UK). The third section just lists all nearby airfields, in proximity order, with all their contact frequencies.

This feature will be contained in the forthcoming beta release but in the meantime I'd like to get some feedback on what I have said here, and ideas that might make such a feature even more useful.

Can I be the first to congratulate you on this very useful upcoming feature. It would certainly be very helpful. Please also keep in mind an electronic Plog page as an addition to SD's Mobile future releases.

However, without further distraction, this new feature you have just announced is a novel addition that would save time and effort in the cockpit.
